Frank Costello is the co-founder and Chief executive officer of COPA Sports, a professional sports marketing and consulting firm specializing in soccer. Working closely with legendary Brazilian stars, such as Carlos Alberto and Zico, Costello has been a major force in the development of academies and clinics in Brazil and the United States. Frank has coached at all levels of soccer within the United States (from College to youth), including winning back to back state championships for the Stamford Women’s Soccer Club in Connecticut and has a playing career of college with brief stints in England and Brazil. He currently manages a number of successful community soccer /corporate funded charities in Connecticut and is the exclusive representative for some of the top clubs in Brazil.
Amanda Moura is a high honors graduate/MBA student and soccer alumni at the University of Bridgeport, CT. Amanda grew up in a soccer family in Belo Horizonte, Brazil – her brother (Rafael Moura) is a star striker for the Serie A Brazilian Club Atletico Mineiro. Amanda played for the University of Bridgeport in the years of 2013 to 2016 earning three Conference Championships, Two Regional Championships, and reaching the Final 4. Individually Amanda earned three All-Conference team award and twice the Academic All-Region by CoCISA. Amanda established a successful academic career at UB by graduating with the highest GPA of the Business Administration degree. Currently, Amanda is a Marketing Associate at COPA Sports and acts as a consultant with a leading player management company based in Brazil that supports Brazilian player's aspirations to play professionally in the United States.
